ING Belgium is seeking a motivated Events Intern to assist in planning and executing a variety of events in Brussels. You will support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations from setup to wrap-up.

You will help prepare communication materials and internal briefings, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas. This role offers exposure to corporate, client, and internal events and room to develop.

Qualifications

• Event experience and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel).

Responsabilités

• Assist in the planning and execution of diverse events (corporate, client, internal).
• Support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.
• Help with communication materials and internal briefings.
