WWF Belgium is seeking an Event Intern to support planning and delivery of donor and public engagement events. This part-time internship (3 days/week) runs January to June 2027 in Brussels, with on-site tasks and close collaboration with Communications and Public Engagement.

You will assist in planning, logistics, guest lists and registrations, liaise with venues and suppliers, promote events across channels, and help write the internal newsletter.

Qualifications

• Available for 3 days per week from January to June 2027.
• Internship linked to university/school in Communications or Event Management.
• Able to work with diverse stakeholders and manage on-site tasks.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with working knowledge of English.
• Organised and detail-oriented with initiative and curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the planning, coordination and logistics of internal and external events.
• Support the promotion of events across our communication channels.
• Manage guest lists, registrations and on-site tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues and partners.
• Write our internal newsletter.
