BYD BeLux in Brussels seeks a Dealer Marketing Specialist Belux to join the sales team, acting as the link between central marketing, the regional sales network and dealers. You will ensure marketing plans are on brand, on budget, and measurably drive showroom traffic, leads and orders.

You will develop annual and quarterly dealer plans, manage the marketing budget, monitor KPI performance, optimise local digital touchpoints and help run local events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in marketing, communication or business.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge: paid social, Google Ads, local SEO, and Google Business Profile.
• Comfortable with CRM logic and lead management; reporting with Excel or Power BI.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, professional English as corporate language.
• Driving licence B and willingness to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Hands-on, structured and analytical with diplomatic partnership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual and quarterly dealer marketing plans aligned with BYD/Denza strategy.
• Build and manage the dealer marketing and event budget; report on ROI by activity.
• Coordinate dealer plan approvals with zone managers and marketing, ensuring speed and transparency.
• Monitor lead volume, source mix, response time, and conversions; publish weekly/monthly reports.
• Own Google Business Profile and local listings; optimise local visibility and cost per lead.
• Roll out BYD/Denza brand guidelines across showrooms, POS, and digital screens.
• Assist dealers with local events and test-drive campaigns using ready-to-use toolkits.
• Track campaign data and competitor activity; translate findings into recommendations.
• Visit dealers on a structured cycle and provide hands-on marketing guidance.
