Jobat is seeking a customer service representative for a roadside assistance service for broken-down trucks, operating throughout Europe. You will join a small team, where you will be supported by a team leader and helpful colleagues.

Responsibilities include handling telephone calls and emails, providing technical support, and keeping the client and all other involved parties informed, including coordinating with on-site workshops.
