Job summary

ACTIEF INTERIM HASSELT in Belgium is seeking a customer service representative for a roadside assistance service for broken-down trucks across Europe. You will join a small team and be supported by a team leader and helpful colleagues.

You will handle telephone calls and emails from customers and involved parties, provide technical support and communicate with on-site workshops, and keep the client and all other stakeholders informed.

Our client is looking for a customer service representative for a roadside assistance service for broken-down trucks, operating throughout Europe.

Je komt terecht in een klein team, waar je wordt ondersteund door een teamleider en behulpzame collega’s.
