Our client is looking for a customer service representative for a roadside assistance service for broken-down trucks, operating throughout Europe.

Je komt terecht in een klein team, waar je wordt ondersteund door een teamleider en behulpzame collega’s.

You will join a small team, where you will be supported by a team leader and helpful colleagues.

Afhandelen van telefoongesprekken en e-mails: reageren op vragen van klanten en betrokken partijen.

Handling telephone calls and emails: responding to inquiries from customers and involved parties.

Bieden van technische ondersteuning en communiceren met werkplaatsen ter plaatse.

Providing technical support and communicating with on-site workshops.
