Job summary

EUPATI is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage involvement in European projects (notably IHI-GREG) and drive educational content development within these projects. The role is fully remote with regular in-person meetings for the Secretariat staff and project activities across Europe.

You will collaborate with patient organisations, academia, industry and regulators, coordinating diverse stakeholders, organizing meetings, and ensuring deliverables and training materials are produced to a high

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
A degree in educational/sciences, medical sciences, communications or relevant field.
Experience managing international projects in health/education/training is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate EUPATI's involvement in European projects (mainly IHI-GREG).
Coordinate content development across projects and Moodle Open Classroom support.
Draft/submit project deliverables and reports; assist in planning meetings, webinars and training sessions.
Engage patient experts and project partners; ensure timely completion of tasks.
