• Coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of assessments, online or face-to-face.
• Liaise with candidates, suppliers, volunteers, committee members, speakers, examiners and hosts.
• Work closely with the subcommittee, attending their meetings, taking minutes and ensuring the implementation of their decisions and policies.
• Collaborate with the Registration, IT, Finance, Education and Communication departments.
• Carry out organisational and administrative tasks such as maintaining examination data, drafting reports, updating procedures and policies, and promoting courses and examinations.
