Louis Dreyfus Company seeks a Regional Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Manager for Europe to lead the regional strategy protecting people and the planet. Report to the Global Head of SHE, you will shape programs across industrial assets and offices in Europe, influencing senior leaders and embedding a culture of safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities include strategy, compliance, risk, operational excellence, culture, and data reporting to drive continuous improvement and ESG

Qualifications

• Around 10 years in industrial sites with chemical risk.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of planning, design, project engineering, operations and maintenance.
• Experience with safety management systems.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the regional SHE strategy for Europe and align with global objectives.
• Advise senior leaders and chair regional committees to drive accountability.
• Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and manage risk assessments.
• Oversee site safety programs, emergency preparedness, and reporting.
• Deliver training and leadership initiatives embedding safety and sustainability.
