Job summary

Virya Energy seeks a European HSSE Coordinator to harmonize HSSE governance across Belgium, France and Poland. The role ensures policies, frameworks and best practices are consistently developed and monitored, fostering a strong safety culture.

You will act as a trusted advisor to local HSE teams, coordinate audits and risk assessments, track KPIs and implement improvements, with flexibility on base location within Belgium, France or Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSSE experience in international or multi-site environments.
• Solid knowledge of European HSSE legislation and policy alignment.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, structured, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSSE governance across Belgium, France, and Poland.
• Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and monitor KPIs.
• Translate legislation changes into internal policies and procedures.
• Lead cross-country HSSE projects and drive knowledge sharing.
