Green Recruitment in Brussels is seeking an experienced HSE professional to coordinate and own the Health, Safety & Environment governance across multiple regions. In this strategic role, you will harmonize the Group HSE framework across Europe, focusing on governance, policy development, and standardization rather than site-based tasks.

You will collaborate with local HSE managers and senior leadership to drive a consistent HSE strategy, promote a proactive safety culture, and ensure compliance

Formación

• Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Experienced in governance, policy development and compliance.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop group-wide frameworks.
• Regional/international HSE experience in industrial/renewable environments.
• Strong knowledge of European and national HSE legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Group HSE governance across Europe.
• Develop and harmonize Group HSE policies, standards and guidelines.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Group HSE standards and governance.
• Act as SME and trusted advisor to local HSE professionals and management.
• Monitor changes in legislation and translate into internal policies.
• Coordinate internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and report on HSE KPIs, risks and actions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across the Group.
• Lead Group-wide projects in health, safety and environment.
