La Lorraine Bakery Group in Belgium seeks a passionate HSE leader to shape and drive a robust HSE program across multiple sites. You will define policies, lead risk assessments, and embed a safety and sustainability mindset in operations.

This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality/Food Safety, HR and ESG teams to deliver certifications like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, manage audits, and advance a zero-incident culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years in HSE leadership within global manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proven experience driving behavioral safety and culture change.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a global HSE strategy for BU Frozen.
• Develop and maintain an HSE Management System with global policies and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with international, regional, and local HSE laws and regulations; maintain certifications.
• Promote a zero-incident culture and lead safety leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality/Food Safety, HR and ESG teams.
