Hologic, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability initiatives across international operations outside the United States.

The role focuses on compliance, safety culture, and advancing ESG objectives in EMEA and selected APAC locations. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, you will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Facilities, Commercial and Regulatory teams to deliver measurable improvements in people safety and

Qualifications

• Significant EHS leadership experience across international operations.
• Experience operating in multiple regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, risk management and safety culture programmes.
• Experience supporting sustainability, ESG or environmental reporting initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Experience presenting data and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHS governance, compliance and sustainability initiatives across international operations.
• Drive a strong safety culture through engagement, training and continuous improvement programmes.
• Conduct compliance assessments and support sites in meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations and corrective action programmes.
• Support sustainability reporting, ESG initiatives, product stewardship and environmental compliance.
• Monitor evolving regulations and translate requirements into practical business solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver regional EHS and sustainability objectives.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership on key safety and sustainability metrics.
