Daikin Europe NV (DENV) seeks a technically skilled engineer who will bridge R&D with the EMEA service network. You will ensure transfer of service knowledge across countries and contribute to manuals and trainings, while collaborating with factories on quality issues and pursuing process improvements.

Expect involvement in European scope activities with short trips abroad and a competitive salary plus benefits. English fluency and a pragmatic, hands-on problem-solving approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Engineering required, preferably with a focus on electro‑mechanics.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 15% of time for short business trips within Europe.
• Customer‑oriented, analytical, and driven by continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear and comprehensive service manuals and deliver trainings.
• Act as a 3rd line helpdesk, supporting EMEA colleagues with advanced troubleshooting, on site or remotely via phone, e‑mail, chat, or online meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the quality departments of our factories to anticipate and address market complaints and claims.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, and contribute to projects that enhance our organisation.
• Take part in the European scope of the role, including regular short business trips abroad.
