Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• Formal HSE&C qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma) is a strong advantage
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level 1 (Belgium requirement)
• Experience in manufacturing or operational environments
• Excellent English and French language skills

Responsibilities

• Provide guide and mentorship to identify and manage HSE&C risks across Europe
• Support the delivery of Global and Europe HSE&C strategy and plan
• Collaborate with lubricant plants, CMS sites, distribution hubs and commercial teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive a strong HSE&C culture and implement systems, processes and standards
• Lead incident management activities including investigations and follow-up actions
• Build capability through training and awareness programmes
• Act as HSE&C focal point for Belgium and support local operations
• Travel across Europe up to 25% to support sites and stakeholders
