Job summary

Stoïk is a European cyber insurer that integrates prevention with coverage. The Product Development Leader - Europe will own Stoïk's cyber offer across Europe, shaping wordings, launching extensions, and adapting to each market.

You will lead the product team and collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, CERT, Legal & Compliance, Sales and Marketing, with travel across Europe to engage brokers. You will translate market and regulatory changes into product decisions, build a scalable roadmap, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in insurance product development across Europe.
• Cyber insurance experience required; experience in other lines is a plus.
• Track record drafting and managing policy wordings and launching products.
• Creativity with wording and ability to draft complex clauses.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team and regulatory governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European product roadmap for our cyber offer.
• Build, lead and develop the product team with clear priorities and standards.
• Translate market, threat, legal and regulatory developments into product decisions.
• Develop new products, extensions and sector solutions with CERT and prevention teams.
• Adapt core product to each European market and manage regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing.
• Present product performance and roadmap to senior management, carriers and partners.
