SquareTrade seeks a senior leader to own governance of underwriting, product design and distribution across STEI in Europe. The role focuses on risk appetite, pricing oversight, policy terms and portfolio performance, with oversight of outsourced claims and distribution partners.

Strong collaboration with FP&A, Risk, Compliance and Legal is required. The position involves significant stakeholder leadership, cross-border coordination, and travel to partner locations as needed, with Brussels base

Formación

• Extensive experience in insurance governance, product governance and distribution oversight.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional French or Dutch advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain STEI's underwriting, product and distribution governance framework.
• Monitor claims outcomes, pricing inputs and fair value assessments.
• Oversee outsourced and intermediary activities with governance forums.
