Job summary

Stoïk invites a seasoned Product Development Leader - Europe to own our cyber insurance offer across Europe. You will design, launch and improve policies, and adapt them to each market, coordinating with Underwriting, Claims, CERT, and Compliance.

You will build and lead the product team, translate market trends and regulatory changes into strategy, and present roadmaps to senior management, brokers, and carriers. This is a senior, cross-border role with strong impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance product development or underwriting across Europe.
• Experience drafting policy wordings and launching products.
• Strong writing skills for legal and contractual wording.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the European cyber product roadmap.
• Lead the product team with clear priorities and quality standards.
• Translate market, threat and regulatory developments into product decisions.
• Develop and maintain policy wordings and endorsements.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, CERT, Legal & Compliance, Sales and Marketing.
