Technopolis Group in Brussels is seeking an enthusiastic European Tenders Specialist to strengthen our Business Development/Operations team. You will develop experience in European tenders' preparation, collaborating with senior management to drive opportunities in EU and international markets.

The role requires at least 3 years in business development and tenders, strong English proficiency, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development and European tenders' preparation.
• Good knowledge of European Commission procurement rules and processes.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise while handling multiple deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Service-minded, collaborative and commercially aware with strong professionalism.
• Ability to produce high-quality, client-ready work.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook also expected.
• Full proficiency in English (speaking and writing); French or other EU languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support and coordinate tender preparation from opportunity identification to submission.
• Assist with administrative aspects of ongoing call for tenders and gather required documents.
• Liaise with internal experts, external partners, consortia and subcontractors to gather inputs.
• Support proposal development through CV formatting, reference tracking and document prep.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure consistency across technical, financial and administrative proposals.
• Ensure tender compliance with ToR, annexes and page limits; adhere to templates and procedures.
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial compliance.
• Submit tenders to clients via EU portal, email or hard copy; communicate during bid phase.
• Manage Teams/SharePoint site and document access;
• Assist management with relationships with Consortium partners and Subcontractors.
• Identify tender opportunities with EU and international organisations; support market intelligence.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
