Stark Recruitment's client, a growing player in sustainable energy and electric mobility, seeks an experienced Tender Manager to own the tender process from analysis to final proposal. You will collaborate with technical teams and a Tender Specialist handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include analyzing tenders, developing charging infra solutions, and presenting proposals to customers, ensuring technical soundness and strategic fit.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Tender Manager
• Fully bilingual in Dutch and French with fluent communication
• Strong technical knowledge combined with analytical thinking
• Clear and professional communication with stakeholders

Description du poste

Our partner is a growing company active in sustainable energy and electric mobility. It develops and manages energy and charging infrastructure solutions for professional and private customers.

To support its continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with a strong technical background. You will take ownership of the tender process from the initial analysis through to the presentation of the final proposal, ensuring that each submission is technically sound, strategically relevant and professionally structured.

You will work closely with technical colleagues as well as a Tender Specialist who supports the administrative side of the process.

Your Responsibilities

• You analyse tenders and assess their technical and strategic feasibility.
• You develop and substantiate solutions related to charging infrastructure and energy management.
• You write and structure the core content of tender documents.
• You ensure the quality and consistency of each proposal and define the approach that will strengthen its chances of success.
• You present tender proposals to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Tender Manager.
• You are fully bilingual in Dutch and French and can communicate fluently with both customers and colleagues.
• You combine strong technical knowledge with critical and analytical thinking.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
