Qualifications

• Proven experience in Tender Management, Bid Management or European Bid Management.
• Strong understanding of European public procurement and tender procedures.
• Experience managing complex or high-value European/institutional tenders.
• Excellent ability to analyse complex tender documentation and identify key requirements.
• Experience in writing, structuring and coordinating complex proposals.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete bid process.
• Excellent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
