Sarens Belgium is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator / Tender Specialist to strengthen the Projects team. You will provide clear, structured proposals within deadlines, collaborating with the Key Account Manager to tailor responses to client needs.

You will analyze requests, develop technical proposals with input from engineering, logistics, HR, SHEQ and finance, and coordinate internal inputs to deliver high-quality bids. Strong Dutch, English and French, plus MS Office, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
• Interest in or experience with sales support, tender engineering.
• Strong eagerness to learn about heavy lifting and engineered transport.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and summarize client requests.
• Develop proposals for technical requests with Key Account Manager to balance budget, scope and timing.
• Coordinate input from engineering, logistics, HR, SHEQ, finance and other support depts.
• Consult with the Key Account Manager and sales support about the proposed solution.
• Gather cost inputs, prepare a price calculation, and review it with management.
• Submit proposals on time after internal approvals and follow up with stakeholders.
• Act as a Sarens Ambassador and provide general sales support.
• Work in a structured, precise manner with attention to detail.
