This permanent role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder management, and inclusive hiring. Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is ideal; experience in a fast-growing consumer brand helps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience owning full cycle recruitment across different roles, teams, and locations.
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and stakeholders while maintaining candidate experience.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (or ability to communicate).
• Experience in a fast-growing consumer brand or changing environment is a plus.

• Own the full recruitment journey from first conversation to signed contract and welcoming new Pack members.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to challenge ideas and build smart hiring strategies.
• Create a candidate experience that makes people feel valued, whether they join us or not.
• Use data, insights, and feedback to keep making our hiring process better.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects that make us hire smarter, faster, and more consistently.
• Ensure every hiring decision is fair, inclusive, and gives everyone a chance to shine.
