The ideal candidate has over 3 years of HR Operations experience, particularly in payroll and benefits. You will enjoy a competitive salary, company car, and flexible work arrangements including working from anywhere for one month per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll and employment administration.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and employee data.
