Edgard & Cooper zoekt een Pay & Rewards Specialist die beloning en loonbeheer voor diverse Europese markten coördineert. Je zorgt voor correcte, conforme payroll en benefits en werkt nauw samen met HR en finance.

De rol vereist 3 jaar ervaring in Payroll/HR Operations, met sterke kennis van Belgische payroll en ervaring in meerdere Europese markten. Een internationale scale-up context biedt groei en kansen.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Payroll, Compensation & Benefits of HR-operations.
• Sterke kennis van de Belgische loonadministratie en arbeidsrecht.
• Ervaring met HRIS en payroll systemen.
• Zeer nauwkeurig en vertrouwelijk omgaan met employee data.

Responsabilités

• Coördineren van payroll over meerdere Europese landen.
• Beheer van beloning en benefits administratie.
• Zorg dragen voor accurate, conforme en tijdige payroll- en rewards-processen.
• Ondersteunen van rapportage, audits en continue verbeterinitiatieven.
• Nauw samenwerken met Pay & Rewards Manager, HR Business Partners en externe payroll providers.

We're looking for a Pay & Rewards Specialist to help keep our people paid correctly, our benefits running smoothly, and our payroll operations across Europe in great shape.

You’ll be the operational expert behind the scenes, making sure everything runs accurately, compliantly, and on time.

You love bringing order to complexity. Data, systems, processes… they’re your kind of playground. And nothing beats that feeling of knowing everything is correct, aligned, and running as it should be (bonus points if you spot a payroll discrepancy from a mile away ).

You know Belgian payroll inside out, but you're just as excited about supporting a fast-growing company across multiple European markets.

What is in your bowl?

A big scoop of ownership, numbers and flawless execution. You’ll get to:

Coordinate payroll across multiple European countries

Manage compensation and benefits administration

Ensure pay & rewards processes are accurate, compliant and delivered on time

Support processes such as reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner closely with the Pay & Rewards Manager, HR Business Partners, finance and external payroll providers

Help improve and optimise payroll and rewards processes as we grow

Profiel

3 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations

Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll and employment administration. Experience in our other European markets is a plus (France, Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, Netherlands).

Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and employee data

A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting things right

Collaborative, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Highly trustworthy, discreet and comfortable handling confidential employee information.
