Job summary

You will drive development from concept to production, collaborating with EU bases and NA teams to harmonize specifications and ensure seamless integration with automation equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
• Experience with project management of technical projects.
• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• Experience with materials selection, testing, and scaling to manufacturing.
• Degree in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, pulp/paper engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory research and development of packaging materials for EU markets.
• Design experiments to optimize material formulations and processing parameters.
• Develop next-generation materials solutions aligned with EU regulations and supplier base.
• Coordinate with EU/North American teams to harmonize materials specifications.
