Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of digital transformation experience in business services, with significant procurement expertise.
• Proven leadership in procurement transformation, ERP projects and multi‑stakeholder delivery.
• Experience with cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms and enterprise harmonisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English for executive level communications.
• Active NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory for submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide program/project management and advisory support to CDT to drive the Enterprise Business Services Vision across NATO Procurement.
• Lead the Procurement stream within the Business Services Transformation, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Coordinate enterprise procurement process harmonisation, dependency management and risk mitigation across ERP and cloud initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials, options analyses and recommendations for senior decisions on transformation efforts.
• Engage with procurement stakeholders across NATO entities to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
