Job summary

EORTC in Brussels is seeking an EU Grant Officer to support the lifecycle of EU-funded projects, from identifying calls to proposal submission and project administration. The role requires coordinating with scientists and partners, and ensuring compliance with reporting and financial management.

The position is based in Brussels with a hybrid working model from Belgium, and involves frequent engagement with EU bodies and partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the preparation, submission and reporting of EU-funded projects.
• Good working knowledge of EU portal and related submission and reporting tools and processes.
• Previous experience in clinical research is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EU funding opportunities and provide information on calls for proposals, scope and deadlines.
• Manage the preparation and submission of EU funding proposals with scientists and partners.
• Handle administrative and financial management including reporting requirements.
