Job summary

EORTC - European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer seeks an EU Grant Officer to support EU-funded research projects from opportunity identification through proposal submission and ongoing administrative management.

The role reports to the Head of International Affairs and Policies and requires a Master’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and strong Office skills. You will be based in Brussels and collaborate across multilingual teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with EU-funded projects and proposals.
• Good knowledge of EU portals and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EU funding opportunities and calls for proposals.
• Prepare and submit high-quality EU funding proposals with partners.
• Manage administrative and financial reporting of funded projects.
• Coordinate timesheets and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with Contracts team for agreements for EU projects.
• Engage with EORTC teams and partners for project coordination.
