Job summary

Idealis Consulting in Belgium seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying new opportunities for Idealis and our ERP solutions. You will fuel the sales pipeline by targeting sectors and companies whose needs align with our offerings.

You will identify prospects through cold calling, emailing, social media, and events, meet lead generation targets, and help refine campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will tailor approaches to accelerate partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Engineering, Economics, or Communications.
• At least 3 years in a similar sales prospecting role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage prospects.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good English proficiency.
• CRM proficiency with Odoo, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly motivated by active prospecting and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects via cold calling, emailing, social media, and events.
• Meet lead generation targets and help structure prospecting processes.
• Collaborate with teams to refine campaigns and share market insights.
