Job summary

Leonardo Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst to support a European institution in Brussels. You will analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and support ERP-based solutions across the organization.

You will work with business users, technical teams, developers, architects and project stakeholders throughout the full lifecycle of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Business/Functional Analysis or similar.
Proven ERP or complex enterprise application experience.
Experience analysing and improving business processes in medium-to-large organisations.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex administrative and corporate business processes and identify improvements.
Gather and document business and functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Model current and target processes using BPMN and UML.
Support ERP evolution and continuous improvement in a customized environment.
Coordinate stakeholders across different priorities and participate in Agile ceremonies.
