Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape end-to-end IT solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will translate business needs into scalable technology, connecting stakeholders with technical teams while steering platform modernisation and system integrations.

Key focus includes aligning with architectural principles, driving asynchronous integrations, and leveraging domains such as ArchiMate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with end-to-end design expertise.
• Background in functional analysis or functional design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and asynchronous integrations.
• Familiarity with ArchiMate and enterprise architecture modelling.
• Experience with or exposure to .NET, Angular, and COBOL is a plus.
• Interest in emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
• Analytical, synthesis, pragmatic, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Experience in life insurance sector is an advantage.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions addressing business requirements while adhering to architectural principles.
• Support delivery lifecycle from analysis to production release.
• Bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to align solution requirements.
• Contribute to modernisation of a hybrid application landscape with legacy and modern platforms.
• Develop solutions that improve operational efficiency and platform capabilities.
• Design and coordinate integrations between internal applications and external partners.
• Apply architectural best practices to keep solutions coherent and maintainable.
