Job summary

We ARE Renewables is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to Brussels. The role focuses on optimizing IT infrastructure and application landscape within transformation programs in the (Electrical) Assets domain, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders and SMEs.

The candidate will drive architecture designs, align with governance and reference architectures, and contribute to delivery with a strong emphasis on ArchiMate, TOGAF, and modern paradigms such as microservices and event-driven

Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience in solution architecture.
Able to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Agile mindset and experience in Agile environments are a plus.
Experience with GIS solutions, especially ArcGIS, is a plus.
Familiar with ArchiMate and IT standards such as TOGAF, ATAM, CBAM.
Knowledge of modern architectural paradigms like microservices and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Adopt and analyze constraints and non-functional/functional requirements.
Decompose business capability into relevant solution building blocks using architectural patterns.
Serve as the key link among product, architecture, and delivery teams.
Be part of the delivery team to ensure alignment with design.
Deliver architecture designs in line with the Architecture Vision, standards and guidelines.
Provide designs with integration, application architecture, and available tools.
