Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a System Architect to shape the SDLC tooling landscape within a large IT environment. You will design and own the target architecture for the suite of development tools and processes, enabling automation and streamlined delivery from idea to production.

Fluent Dutch and fluent English are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with tool owners and process managers, driving standardization and enhancing developer experience while ensuring traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in system or solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with development tooling and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.
• Interest in AI-driven automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the target architecture for SDLC tooling in collaboration with tool owners.
• Bridge the gap between SDLC process managers and tooling owners for alignment.
• Support end-to-end integration across all lifecycle stages.
• Drive standardization and reuse of patterns to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Reduce manual evidence logging by automation where possible.
• Enable traceability and compliance by design.
• Introduce AI-driven automation for steps such as user feedback, documentation, and other workflow improvements.
• Improve the developer experience and broader user adoption of the tooling landscape.
