Job summary

Deel is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Belgium to onboard and enable clients to use Deel’s global payroll and HR platform. You will tailor configurations, guide integrations, and support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Prospective candidates bring 3+ years in implementation consulting, strong SaaS/HRIS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel for on-site work may be required, with a hybrid work setup in many regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting or similar.
• Strong SaaS, payroll, or HRIS knowledge.
• Experience managing client relationships and guiding implementations.
• PM skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Configure Deel solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide product guidance during implementation, including setup, integrations, and testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for smooth handoff.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to clients on Deel usage.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and resolve blockers.
• Identify process improvements to boost implementation efficiency.
• Capture client feedback for product improvements.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with high satisfaction.
