Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation Manager to lead global payroll integrations for our clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, data migration, and system configuration to ensure accurate, on-time payroll setups across multiple regions.

In this role you will collaborate with Onboarding, Finance and HR teams, map requirements, and oversee testing, go-live, and documentation. Fluent English and Dutch are required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel’s clients.
• Project Set-up and onboarding with clients to plan and deliver implementations.
• Manage client interactions, coordinate project streams, and handle changes.
• Define payroll processes and ensure timely payroll calendars.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Configure interfaces, reports and systems for parallel and live payroll.
• Lead go-live, sign-off and documentation; generate payroll reports.
• Map GL reports as needed.
• Regular status reporting to senior leadership; escalate risks as needed.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system.
• Gather client requirements and guide onboarding through technical payroll aspects.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws.
• Oversee data migration and testing; implement change management.
