Job summary

Camarade in Belgium is looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll professionals to join an expanding consulting team working on international HR transformation projects.

You will focus on Employee Central, Time Management, Talent and/or Belgian/Luxembourg payroll; work independently and lead workstreams where appropriate; strong communication and analytical skills are essential; English plus Dutch or French depending on client environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or payroll is required.
• Strong functional expertise in your area of specialism.
• Experience with implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Own SuccessFactors workstreams from requirements to go-live.
• Configure Time Off, Time Tracking, accruals, and schedules.
• Translate Belgian/Luxembourg payroll requirements into SAP solutions.
• Advise clients, solve issues, and improve HR and payroll processes.
