Deel is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Belgium to onboard and enable clients to use Deel’s global payroll and HR platform. You will tailor configurations, guide integrations, and support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Prospective candidates bring 3+ years in implementation consulting, strong SaaS/HRIS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel for on-site work may be required, with a hybrid work setup in many regions.

Summary

The Implementation Consultant will onboard and enable our clients to successfully integrate Deel’s solutions into their business operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and customize our platform, and guide them through the implementation process. This role combines technical expertise with a strong customer focus, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition to Deel’s global payroll and compliance platform. Your work will directly contribute to client success and Deel's growth in new markets.

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure Deel’s solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase, including platform setup, integrations, and testing.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance implementation efficiency.
• Ensure client feedback is captured and communicated to internal teams for product improvements.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent level of French and English
• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and guiding clients through the implementation process.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or on-site implementations (if applicable).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
