Polysense, Ghent, is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own long-term client success across food manufacturing accounts. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensure adoption across multiple plants, and collaborate with senior executives to drive measurable business impact.

You will partner with plant leaders and global executives, guiding transformation, aligning teams, and positioning Polysense as a strategic manufacturing partner while building a scalable enterprise CS

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in top-tier or boutique management consultancy focused on supply chain/manufacturing transformations.
• Proven ability to operate in complex global stakeholder environments with C-level leadership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a strong plus.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate strategy into actionable input for technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-sale transitions from Sales to Success, maintaining high-level Sponsor relationships.
• Monitor project pulse, identify friction points, and relay feedback between client and Polysense teams.
• Lead Steering Committee and QBRs with executives, translating data into business value and KPI reports.
• Onboard and align new stakeholders across sites, fostering a broad internal network.
• Represent the Voice of the Manufacturer, collecting feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Drive adoption and expansion by monitoring account health and identifying cross-sell opportunities across sites.
