EPAM Systems in Brussels seeks a Senior Technology Consultant (CPG) to lead digital transformation initiatives and define enterprise architectures across multi-country programs. You will drive ERP modernization, including SAP, and design integration strategies for complex landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technology discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience in technology consulting or architecture roles in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong domain knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail sectors
• Demonstrated capability in defining end-to-end digital transformation strategies
• Expert knowledge of enterprise and domain architecture frameworks and patterns
• Deep understanding of retail and CPG processes including OTC, PTP, supply chain and logistics workflows
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, data ecosystems and AI/GenAI capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs and CXOs
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Responsabilités

• Lead definition of digital transformation strategies translating vision into architectures
• Facilitate client workshops to capture current-state and design future-state roadmaps
• Define target-state solutions including capability mapping and modernization of legacy apps
• Advise on ERP modernization including SAP within integrated landscapes
• Design enterprise integration strategies using modern platforms and iPaaS
• Assess and optimize workflows like Order-to-Cash, P2P, Supply Chain and Logistics
• Govern architectural decisions with ADRs and risk documentation
• Develop multi-country transformation roadmaps aligned with regional deployment
• Present strategic recommendations and blueprints to C-level stakeholders
• Support pre-sales with proposals, roadmaps and architecture contributions
