Sandoz is seeking an Automation Delivery Lead to drive enterprise automation across Factory and non-Factory scopes, with an initial focus on Appian and the Aurora programme. The role owns the Automation Factory and guides end-to-end delivery, ensuring secure, compliant, and value-driven outcomes in line with Sandoz standards.

You will collaborate with delivery partners and internal stakeholders to scale the automation platform, govern performance, and ensure sustainable, high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT, application delivery, software engineering, platform delivery, or automation solutions.
• At least 5 years with end-to-end accountability for complex technology delivery involving multiple stakeholders, platforms and partners.
• Experience delivering enterprise automation solutions, ideally using Appian or comparable low-code platforms.
• Demonstrated experience establishing, governing and scaling a factory-based delivery model.
• Strong ability to align business, architecture, engineering, quality, security and operations on priorities and readiness.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise automation delivery across Factory and non-Factory scope and expand the Automation Factory.
• Interface with delivery partners, ensuring scope, budgets, timelines, quality and knowledge transfer.
• Align stakeholders across architecture, engineering, security, operations and business priorities.
• Establish delivery standards, lifecycle controls, release expectations, and compliance with GxP and data integrity.
• Oversee demand intake, roadmaps, risk management, and transition of solutions to operations.
• Drive onboarding of additional platforms into the Factory model and scale capabilities.
