Job summary

UPDT272 is seeking an Automation Project Leader to drive automation initiatives from concept through commissioning and production release. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers and external partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective automation solutions that boost manufacturing efficiency and product industrialization.

The role emphasizes leading projects end-to-end, defining technical specifications, monitoring budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

Fluent English is required.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

Lead automation projects from planning to production release.
Define specifications, requirements, schedules, and implementation plans.
Monitor budgets, deadlines, deliverables and progress.
Coordinate discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support design, programming, assembly, installation and commissioning of automated systems.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and FMEA analyses.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and automotive standards.
Support industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes.
Maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
Take ownership of project delivery aligning technical and business objectives.
