Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT environments.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing/Automation solutions integration.
• 3+ years leading teams and external vendors.
• Strong IT operations experience for IT/OT applications.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Shape the technology operations portfolio and roadmap (3–5 years).
• Ensure SLAs for Technology Services and manage risks.
• Lead governance with product delivery projects and external providers.
• Manage external operations teams and supplier contracts.
• Oversee budget accountability and cost optimization across SMQS sites.
