The Member Company in Brussels is seeking an HRBP specialized in recruiting top engineers, software, embedded systems and IT profiles. You will work closely with fellow HRBPs and business managers to drive talent acquisition and HR projects.

You should hold a master's degree, have some recruitment experience (up to 4 years), and be fluent in Dutch, English and/or French. You will work from our Zaventem office and participate in mentorship and graduate programs as part of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Ideally some experience in recruitment.
• Max 4 years of experience is expected.
• Interest in HR projects like mentorship and graduate programmes.

Responsabilités

• Recruit top engineering, software, embedded systems and IT profiles.
