Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries.
• Digital background is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Running and optimizing production capabilities and overall operations on the site.
• Managing projects related to factory revamping, automation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
• Shaping the industry of the future through digital transformation through data and process control (IIOT switches, vibration, conductivity meter, industrial software developments).
• Driving the sustainability, energy transition, and safety agenda in collaboration with diverse specialized teams.
• Challenging our organization and providing suggestions for potential improvement opportunities.
• Taking ownership of your development and career growth, with the support of a mentor.
