Michael Page International (Belgium) is launching a rotational program for new graduates, offering three 9-12 month rotations across Commercial Excellence and Operations. You will gain exposure to multiple markets and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Business Leadership teams.

You will interact with senior management, own projects with real business impact, and benefit from structured learning, digital transformation focus, and mentor support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
• Recent graduate or expected graduation from 2026 onwards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.

Responsabilités

• Participate in three rotations of 9-12 months across Commercial Excellence and Operations functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Business Leadership teams.
• Interact with senior management and key decision-makers.
• Own meaningful projects with visible business impact.
