Q8 is launching a two-year leadership program via Ormit Talent to develop future leaders across Commercial, Finance and Technology. You will rotate through departments, be mentored by a C-level executive, and receive coaching while building skills for cross-functional leadership.

The program emphasizes proactive ownership, working across Antwerp and Rotterdam, and shaping the business strategy for energy and mobility in the Benelux.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in any field with a solid background in business, economics or finance.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience.
• Curiosity for the full picture: commercial, finance and technology.
• Analytical and digitally savvy; see tech as a tool and numbers as insight.
• Fluent English & Dutch (C1).

Responsabilités

• Rotate through three departments in two years with eight-month assignments.
• Get a C-level mentor matched to your profile and land a first assignment in their department.
• Receive a personal coach from Ormit Talent focused on your development.
• Develop the skills of a future leader: stakeholder management, storytelling, situational leadership.
