Ormit Belgium NV is searching for future leaders to join a two-year leadership program at Q8 in Antwerp. Candidates will rotate through three key departments: Commercial & Innovation, Finance & Procurement, and Transformation & Technology. Successful applicants will receive mentorship from C-level executives and acquire essential leadership skills while actively participating in business transformation.

The program is designed for recent graduates with a master's degree, offering unique opportunities for hands-on problem-solving and extensive personal development.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in any field, preferably with a background in business, economics, or finance.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience, either freshly graduated or first job experience.
• Curious about understanding commercial, finance, and technology together.
• Digital savvy and comfortable with using technology and numbers.

Responsabilités
