SCR-SIBELCO NV invites graduates to join its Global Graduate Programme in Dessel, Belgium. This two-year, two-site rotation offers real responsibilities with early exposure to strategic projects and a permanent contract from day one.

The programme combines hands-on operations and laboratory excellence, developing both technical and leadership capabilities for future roles across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in both manufacturing operations and laboratory technologies.
• Hands-on mindset with process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and willingness to work across international mobility.

Responsabilités

• Analyse production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Optimise bagging operations, including deaeration, changeovers, and run cycles.
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and process enhancements.
• Develop and update XRF analytical methods and calibration lines for mineral products.
• Optimise sample preparation methods using wax pellets and glass bead fusion.
• Validate and implement new laboratory methods and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production, laboratory, and maintenance teams to deliver improvements.
• Present project findings to technical and operational stakeholders.
• Contribute to strengthening the Dessel Cluster’s operational performance.
