Sibelco's Global Graduate Programme in Dessel offers a two-year rotation across operations and laboratory roles, with a permanent contract from day one. As a Graduate Operations & Laboratory Improvement Engineer, you will analyse processes, optimise packaging operations, and develop XRF methods.

You will collaborate with production, laboratory and maintenance teams to deliver improvements that boost efficiency and analytical capability, with potential year-two mobility to another cluster abroad

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on mindset.

Responsabilités

• Analyse production processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Optimise bagging operations including deaeration and changeovers.
• Develop and update XRF analytical methods and calibration lines.
• Collaborate with production, laboratory and maintenance teams to deliver improvements.
• Present project findings to technical and operational stakeholders.
